In view of the phenomenon of wear on the press roll, the more traditional repair method is to use surfacing, thermal spraying, electroplating, etc., but they all have the disadvantage of being in different places. When repair welding, high temperature will produce thermal stress, there is no way to completely eliminate it, and the plating layer will also be subject to certain restrictions.

Because the material itself has better adhesion and compressive strength, it can be repaired without disassembly on site, which saves time and labor compared with traditional methods.
