Product Description

The Offset Paper Making Machine is designed to produce offset paper by processing a paper pulp water suspension through filtration, dehydration forming, mechanical extrusion dehydration, and drying. The raw material used is high-quality pulp board. The paper produced by the Offset Paper Making Machine requires calendering.

Finished Product

Offset paper, also known as coated paper, is made by applying a layer of white paint to the surface of the base paper and then processing it with super calendering. It is available in single-sided and double-sided variants, with the surface being either glossy or textured. The paper has a smooth surface, high whiteness, and excellent ink absorption and retention properties. It is mainly used for offset printing and gravure fine-screen printing, such as in high-quality picture albums, calendars, books, and magazines.
