The cylinder mould is used for a cylinder mould paper machine, which is different from a fourdrinier paper machine. It comes in diameters of 600mm, 700mm, 1000mm, 1250mm, 1500mm, and 1800mm. Customers can choose according to the size of the paper machine.

It serves two important functions in the paper-making process: removing water from the pulp and forming the sheet as it begins its transformation into paper, defining the final qualities of the paper being produced. The cylinder mould utilizes a mesh-covered rotating cylinder partially immersed in a tank of fiber slurry in the wet end to form a paper web, resulting in a more random distribution of the cellulose fibers.

The cylinder mould consists of the main shaft, a frame, a bag net, and some round net cages equipped with a vacuum box. Its function is to use the water level difference at the garden net to form a wet fiber net after hanging the fiber on the net and bringing it up to contact with the blanket.

A sealing cover is installed, connected with an air pipe through a bearing, and the end of the air pipe is connected with a suction fan. The upper end of the net cage body is equipped with a slurry sizing conveyor belt shaft, and the surface of the slurry sizing conveyor belt shaft is connected with a slurry sizing conveyor belt.
