Pope reel is also called reeling machine, winding machine in the paper production, it is the first finishing equipment after paper machine, winding paper homogeneously, could make the paper more uniform, meet the needs of a different kind of paper. The pope reel is used for winding paper into a paper roll. The pope reel has to keep pace with machine production without damaging the final product. 

The purpose of the reel is to wind a continuous web of paper into "Jumbos/logs" that can be processed in subsequent operations. It adopts variable-frequency and variable-speed motor drive, pneumatic feed and discharge mechanism, air shaft location, equipped with draught fan, uses wind blowing edge material, automatic counting of feed length.

Structure feature:

1.Rewind in the center of two reels, fixed slot up and down;

2.Frequency conversion motor drive;

3.Constant tension control system is adopted; photoelectric automatic correction system is adopted for correction;

4.Automatic stop device for material break, emergency stop function, and keep the expansion force unchanged;

5.The unwinding shaft adopts tension inflation shaft, and the winding shaft adopts tension inflation shaft;

6.Pneumatic loading mechanism, pneumatic unloading mechanism, and positioning of the inflation shaft;

7.Shearing circular knife slitting can adapt to the slitting of materials with different properties;

8.Equipped with fan, uses wind to blow the edge material; length of the material is automatically counted
