After the paper web is formed in the wire section of the paper machine equipment, about 60% of the water remains after the dewatering in the press section of the paper machine. After continuous production, it is heated and evaporated through the dryer section of the paper machine, and then diffused. The moisture is further removed, and finally the paper web reaches about 94% dryness required by the finished product.
In the paper machine production line, paper sheet drying is divided into non-contact drying and contact drying, and several different methods can also be used. Commonly used in daily production are: dryer contact drying method, through-drying air drying Method, high-speed hot air drying, etc. and other unregulated drying methods.
In normal production, because non-contact drying is a new and timely method that has only been adopted in recent years, traditional manufacturers use traditional drying methods. The drying section of a paper machine is a large and energy-intensive part of the paper machine production line, and one of the most important parts. Therefore, as a producer, we must pay attention to the production status of the drying section to ensure that the paper machine is efficient.
