Problems in the drying system of the paper machine dryer
At present, the domestic paper machine equipment of the multi-stage dryer drying system generally has certain problems, such as the problem of low thermal efficiency in the drying section of the paper machine. When the steam in the dryer cylinder of the paper machine heats the paper, condensed water is formed. Factors such as the speed of the dryer cylinder of the paper machine determine the state of condensed water in the dryer cylinder.
When the dryer speed of the paper machine is high, the condensed water will adhere to the inner wall of the dryer to form a stable water ring layer. When the thickness of the water ring layer is 1mm, its thermal resistance is equivalent to the thickness of the dryer cylinder of 15mm. The thermal resistance of the wall, when the thickness of the water ring exceeds 2mm, the heat transfer resistance will become very large, resulting in low heat transfer efficiency and higher steam consumption.
