1. When performing maintenance and inspection on the electrical appliances of the toilet paper rewinder, be sure to cut off the power supply, wait until the monitor has no display and the main circuit power indicator light goes out before proceeding.
2. Pay attention to the voltage of the rewinder to be stable, otherwise, it is easy to burn the motor; pay attention to hygiene, do not let the sundries fall between the steel roller and the wool roller.
3. When using the rewinder, it is necessary to check the position of the paper conveyor belt at the end of the machine every day before starting the machine to see if the position of the paper conveyor belt is misaligned. The misalignment needs to be corrected as soon as possible (correct the position of the belt to not contact the yellow guard), and check the paper belt. Whether the main drive shaft roller and the yellow guard plate are off-track, if they are off-track, we need to correct them (correction position: the two cannot be in contact at any time, and they need to be corrected if they are in contact);
4. The continuous running time of the toilet paper rewinder should be within 12 hours a day. At the same time, ensure that the cooling water is clean and the water pump is working properly. Never make the water spindle motor lack water. Replace the cooling water regularly to prevent the water temperature from being too high. If the working environment temperature is too low in winter, the cooling water in the water tank can be replaced with antifreeze.
5. Check whether the oil volume of the nose gear is at the red line of the observation hole. If it is too low, add oil or change the oil to avoid unnecessary losses such as gear damage. (The new equipment starts to add gear oil to the gearbox for the first time when it runs about 1/3 below the medium speed of the large shaft paper. It can not be added to the red line of the observation hole. Normal use is one month to two months, depending on the output. Drain the transmission gear oil, start the second refueling, and replace it every 3 to 5 months after refueling in a normal cycle)
6. Whether the tail belt is severely worn, and if it is serious, it needs to be replaced in time to avoid unnecessary losses;
7. Check the stability of the new toilet paper rewinder at 1/3 of the large shaft that is hung up for the first time in normal use, and check the tightness of the fixing bolts and the sprocket fixing top wire to keep the equipment running stably without bolts falling off. Loose to ensure a good environment for equipment operation (the normal maintenance cycle starts at the second start and check twice a week)
8. All the bearings on the equipment should be greased during the first maintenance, the chain should be oiled, the gears should be greased, and the front and back cutter tracks should be greased to maintain a good operating environment for the equipment. Check once every half a month.
9. Regularly clean up equipment dust, paper shavings, grease, and surrounding environmental sanitation.
